How do I book an appointment?

Booking is online. Choose a time on the booking page and you'll receive a confirmation. Sessions are held by secure video or phone, Australia-wide.

Do I need a referral to book?

Accepted Answer

No referral is needed to book privately. For a Medicare rebate on individual sessions you'll need a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan; DVA, WorkCover Queensland, NDIS and QPS SelfRefer have their own pathways.

When are appointments available?

Accepted Answer

Thursdays and Fridays, Australia-wide. New clients are usually seen within the week.
