About Dr Narelle Duncan, Clinical Psychologist

I'm Dr Narelle Duncan, a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology (Griffith University), and I see individuals and couples by secure video and phone right across Australia at Get Life Direction. Drawing on 30 years of helping people understand themselves — across health, wellbeing and research — I work with relationship and couples difficulties, anxiety and stress, career decisions and life transitions, self-esteem, and grief. With individuals I use evidence-based CBT and ACT; with couples I use the research-based Gottman Method, and my published research on how people cope with relationship stress informs the way I work. Individual telehealth sessions attract the clinical-psychologist Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. New clients are usually seen within a week.
